"There's a calm in every sunrise, every sunset... a dazzling display of creation and rest.
Come, soak in the moment: it's like the pause at the end of every breath; a space where time touches eternity, and in that moment we are renewed. An eternal reset for the soul."
- Bob Holmes  #comeintothequiet
"There exists only the present instance... a Now which always and without end is itself new. There is no yesterday nor any tomorrow, but only Now, as it was a thousand years ago and as it will be a thousand years hence."
- Meister Eckhart

There is nothing better than a hand-made book to house precious memories, dreams, art or thoughts.
Watercolours, oils, sketches, patterns, multi-media.
The blue rose is a rarity in nature that has come to symbolise uniqueness, creativity and imagination. Blue Rose Design is a result of many years of living creatively. I have given myself permission to  play and to explore my many interests, which are showcased in this website.
Cushions, art pieces
Mandalas, art therapy, drawing of dreams, mindul practices, meditation and contemplation
I am a retired social worker who ran a clinical practice for many years. Much of this time was spent guiding and mentoring, and discovering how useful art, writing and music was to a person's recovery.

I made a decision after 30 years to focus on my many creative interests.
